Common questions

Don’t see yours? Call (828) 351-9820 and ask.

What’s the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution. It’s how we clean siding, roofs and painted surfaces, where high pressure could force water where it shouldn’t go. Pressure washing uses high pressure on hard surfaces like concrete, brick and pavers. We match the method to the surface.

What can you clean?

House siding, roofs, gutters, driveways, walkways and patios, pool decks, decks and porches, retaining walls and commercial buildings. We also remove red clay stains and take on courts and other exterior surfaces. If yours isn’t on the list, ask.

Can you get red clay out of concrete and siding?

Red clay removal is one of our services, and you can see real results in our before and after photos. Every stain and surface is different, so tell us about yours when you ask for a quote.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. Our past work includes commercial exterior cleaning, like the brick church in our photos. Tell us about the building and the surfaces you want cleaned.

Do you serve my area?

We’re based in Rutherfordton and work across western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina, including Forest City, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Lake Lure, Columbus, Tryon, Inman and Landrum. Check your address on our service area page, or call and ask.
